Now me on the other hand....if you are ever at dinner in China, if someone says Gambie...don't Gambie....you see, a toast is given, and up till then you don't drink your wine or beer, you only drink it by offering a toast...at that time you sip the glass (8 oz glass at most) unless some says Gambie, at that time it is bottoms up and the nice lady serving you then fills up your now empty glass....Our hosts were very good at toasting our fortunes...and somehow, someone got my camera...

ah - they say a picture is worth a thousand words! I don't know - nobody told us about "Gambie" on the last trip to China :) Please keep the pictures coming. They make us feel we are right there with you.
